Lake Erie Islands Nature & Wildlife Center presents: Archery with Jaron Beck, Outdoor Skills Specialist, Division of Wildlife. Jaron will provide an overview of hunting, laws, & safety guidelines. The public archery program will start at 10:20 am. All ages and skill levels are welcome and all equipment will be provided. Participants in line by noon will get to enjoy the program and additional overflow parking is available at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. A rain date will follow on June 30th at 10 am at the same location.

The Happy Thursday Ride is a week ly community bicycle ride around Sandusky. They ride at a slow pace and wish everyone they see a "Happy Thursday!" Riders meet every Thursday (weather pending) and roll through various neighborhoods, parks and rest stops. Participants bring favors, friends and refreshments to enjoy along the way. There are music bikes and the rides are always fun. Riders are encouraged to dress up and show out using lights and colorful attire.

The 2022 Market in the Park takes place on Saturdays in Victory Park. Every week features new vendors and new products to keep you coming back all summer. There’s plenty of free parking next to and near the Market. Within easy walking distance are plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy and just a few blocks north is Main Street Beach and one of the best views of Lake Erie anywhere. Located in Victory Park in the heart of downtown Vermilion, it’s a wonderful place to gather with friends and neighbors, a shady stop on a bike tour or just a fun place to hangout as you begin your weekend.

COURSE: Historic Washington Park to the eastern-most extension of the Sandusky Bay Pathway, around the Chesapeake Lofts building, on the pathway to Shelby Street, to Market Street, Jackson Street and finish back at the Boy with the Boot. Water stops, cooling stations along the way.

Registration begins at 8:00AM at Adams Street near Croghan Bank, and the race starts promptly at 9:00AM. Our scenic course takes participants along Lake Erie and through historic downtown Port Clinton.
